These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Grow PNW Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Grow PNW Marketing offers digital marketing and automation solutions for local businesses, including website design, CRM setup, lead capture automation, and ongoing optimization. We provide three primary service tiers: DIY Plan ($97/month) for users who prefer a self-managed system with templates and access to basic tools; Core Plan ($197/month) which includes a complete marketing system setup with website, CRM automations, text/email integrations, and lead management; and Advanced Plan ($697/month) which includes all core features plus advanced automation, analytics setup, optimization, and higher-touch support. Setup fees may apply depending on plan selection. In addition, clients may choose optional add-ons such as social media management and Google/Facebook ad management, both of which can be added on a recurring or project basis.

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through a secure payment processor, and automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled. We also offer prepaid 3-month commitments that include complimentary Google Business Profile optimization (valued at $400). Payments are final and non-refundable due to the customized and immediately initiated nature of our services. If payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge up to four times over three weeks; if unpaid within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, your account and platform access will be suspended until the balance is cleared. You may cancel anytime, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Early termination of a prepaid plan will not result in a refund for unused time.

Clients are responsible for usage-based charges such as SMS/MMS messaging, phone calls, and automation credits, which are billed at standard market rates. Rebillable costs may include $1.15/month for local phone numbers, $0.0079 per SMS segment, $0.02 per MMS message, and variable rates for inbound/outbound calls and number lookups. These are managed via a client wallet that automatically replenishes based on the selected top-up amount. Any ad spend for Google or Meta Ads is billed separately through those platforms.

All services are considered rendered and fulfilled once your website, automations, or marketing system setup has been completed and made available for use. Ongoing support and adjustments are provided as part of your active subscription but are not prerequisites for fulfillment. All payments made to Grow PNW Marketing are final; chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted. Submitting a chargeback for delivered services constitutes a violation of this agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue collection for owed amounts, including legal or administrative fees.

By engaging with Grow PNW Marketing, you also consent to receive text and email communications for notifications, marketing, authentication (2FA), and service-related updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or HELP for assistance.

We comply with U.S. A2P 10DLC messaging regulations. We have registered our brand and campaign use case with the carriers’ 10-digit long code messaging framework. You understand that messages will be sent only after valid opt-in, that they will clearly identify us as the sender, and that you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. You further understand that messages may be delayed, filtered or blocked by carriers in the event of non-compliance.

We collect and process customer data in compliance with privacy regulations. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, outlines how we store and protect your data. You agree to use our services responsibly and lawfully, in compliance with all relevant laws regarding marketing, consumer communications, and data protection. Grow PNW Marketing is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by third-party carriers or integrations beyond our control.
